Plus de 45 ans de carrière entrepreneuriale et de direction m'ont appris une chose : un projet ne prend véritablement vie que lorsque quelqu'un s'y engage personnellement, au-delà des chiffres et des process. Du développement international au pilotage de plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs, puis à la direction d'un établissement patrimonial que j'ai moi-même acquis et dirigé, j'ai vu cette conviction se vérifier à chaque étape. More than 45 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience taught me one thing: a project only truly comes to life when someone commits to it personally, beyond the figures and the processes. From international development to leading teams of several hundred people, then to running a heritage estate I acquired and directed myself, I saw that conviction hold true at every stage. Avant de fonder ESD Conseil en 2024, Elias Darwiche a mené plus de 45 ans de carrière entrepreneuriale et de direction générale. Il a dirigé un établissement patrimonial à vocation hôtelière et événementielle en Île-de-France, en tant qu'acquéreur puis directeur d'établissement, de 2018 à 2022. Il a auparavant fondé et dirigé une entreprise de distribution entre les États-Unis et le Liban, avant d'occuper des fonctions de direction générale en conseil stratégique et développement international, puis de superviser le développement de marchés et des projets entre le Liban et les Émirats arabes unis — des fonctions de direction alliant commerce international, industrie, distribution et immobilier, avec de nombreux collaborateurs sous sa responsabilité. Before founding ESD Conseil in 2024, Elias Darwiche built more than 45 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience. He led a heritage hospitality and event estate in the Paris region, as acquirer and then estate director, from 2018 to 2022. Before that, he founded and led a distribution company across the United States and Lebanon, then held general management roles in strategic consulting and international development, before overseeing market development and project supervision across Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates — executive roles spanning international trade, industry, distribution and real estate, with a large team under his responsibility.
